      • ½ cup water
      • ¼ cup mint leaves chopped with your BAR STAR

      INSTRUCTIONS

      To Make Mint Syrup:

          1. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the water and sugar until it has completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
          1. Stir in the chopped mint leaves and simmer for 5 minutes.
          2. Remove pan from the stovetop and cool completely.
          3. Store in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator for a week. Can be added to all kinds of drinks and smoothies and other sweet drink recipes.

      To Make Wine Cooler:

        1. Start with a fresh Watermelon. Use your BAR STAR & cut into 1-inch cubes, removing any seeds and the rind. Place the watermelon chunks in a blender until the watermelon is completely liquified.
        2. Using a mesh strainer or piece of cheesecloth, strain the watermelon juice to remove the pulp.
        3. Mix all ingredients for the Wine Cooler together. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour wine cooler over ice.
        4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and use your BAR STAR to cut a lime wedge.
