MOJITO
INGREDIENTS
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges (using BAR STAR Citrus Knife)
- 2 tbsp. white sugar
- Ice cubes
- 1 1/2 oz. light rum
- 1/2 cup soda water
- Place mint leaves and one lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime, to release oils and juices.
- Add two more lime wedges, and sugar to your glass. Muddle again to release lime juice. DO NOT strain the mixture -- keep all that goodness!
- Fill glass with ice, pour over rum, and fill the rest of the way with soda water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired.
- Garnish with remaining lime wedge and any extra mint leaves. Enjoy!
