MOJITO

INGREDIENTS
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges (using BAR STAR Citrus Knife)
  • 2 tbsp. white sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 oz. light rum
  • 1/2 cup soda water
  1. Place mint leaves and one lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime, to release oils and juices. 
  2. Add two more lime wedges, and sugar to your glass. Muddle again to release lime juice. DO NOT strain the mixture -- keep all that goodness! 
  3. Fill glass with ice, pour over rum, and fill the rest of the way with soda water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. 
  4. Garnish with remaining lime wedge and any extra mint leaves. Enjoy!
