FRESH LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 lemon (cut using BAR STAR Citrus Knife)
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Squeeze lemon over tall glass, taking care to strain any seeds with your hands (the more pulp, the better). Add water, and then stir in sugar. Add ice, and garnish with lemon slices and mint if desired. Voila!
